The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. However, they were close to the entrance and main reception area, resulting in some noise. Smokers congregated outside, making it loud even in the early hours.
I had a comfortable stay in the hotel, with the rooms being clean and spacious, and the nearby pub was a plus. However, the dustiness was a slight issue that could be improved. The staff were extremely helpful and engaging, especially Liam, and their service was top-notch. The location was perfect for my needs next to the Business Park and NEC, but the experience was slightly marred by some cleanliness issues. The dining options were limited, and the breakfast quality could have been better. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for enhancement.
